Privacy Policy

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Controller

2. What data we process

Email and phone contact. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the personal data contained in your communication (e.g. name, contact details, and the content of your message). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically process technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in server log files for the purpose of operating and securing the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary functionality may store data on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; in the course of loading, your IP address is transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. If you prefer, you can block third-party fonts in your browser — the site remains fully usable with fallback fonts.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers, which act as our processors. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Where processors are located outside the EEA, transfers take place only under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Chapter V GDPR (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

We retain enquiry-related data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, unless a longer retention period is required by statutory obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law) or by the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic — dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
